We had to create a separate topic on this due to the high quantity of questions we get about this.

123 Synchronizer supports recurring events. You can perform the following actions:
·Create a recurring event in ACT! and transfer it to Outlook. All the parameters and contact links are maintained
·Modify a recurring event in ACT! and update the same event in Outlook.
·Erase a recurring event in ACT! and have it disappear in Outlook
·Create a recurring event in Outlook and have it be created in ACT!.

Unsupported Recurring ACT! Events and actions
·Cleared instances of recurring events. Cleared instances of recurring events in both ACT! and Outlook is not supported and it is ignored. If you want to remove a recurring ACT! event from Outlook, you must erase it from your database.
·Updating of existing ACT! recurring events from Outlook. If you have an ACT! Recurring event that you transferred to Outlook and the recurring event is updated in Outlook, that modification will not be made to the ACT! event. Why? Because there is a bug in ACT! that causes the event to duplicate endlessly.
