Synchronization Features

• Contact Modifications in ACT! and Outlook are synchronized from ACT!->Outlook and from Outlook->ACT. New Contacts, modified contacts, field modifications, and deleted contacts are supported.
• Text added to the Body Text on the Contact is brought over to ACT! as a note for that contact. This text can be added in Outlook or on any mobile device that synchronizes with Outlook.
• Activities items (Meetings, Calls, and Todo's) are fully synchronized. All time modifications, additions and deletions, including additions of contacts to the item list are synchronized. In addition, the subject line of the activities in Outlook can be modified to be better accessed on mobile devices.

In our tests, after the initial sync, we can sync a database with 12,000 records (yes, twelve thousand) and 60,000 history/notes in less that 60 seconds (yes, sixty seconds). And this is a 2-way sync between ACT! and Outlook.
